IT SUPPORT CO-ORDINATOR

The IT Support Co-ordinator

Citizens Advice Waverley seeks to keep abreast of developments in information technology. As an IT Support Co-ordinator, you would help us to use information technology effectively to provide quality services to our clients. We currently use a virtual private network right across the entire service which permits electronic case management and access to e-government services for the public.

  • You may be involved in a variety of areas depending upon your skills and the time you have available. The likely duties may include:
  • Supporting and training staff and volunteers in day-to-day use of IT systems.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
  • Web design.
  • Maintaining and developing networks.
  • Designing spreadsheets and databases.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer and would like to find out more, why not use the feedback form to request a Volunteer Application Pack, or have us call you to arrange an informal visit to one of our bureau.
