What Citizens Advice Waverley can do
for you
Citizens Advice Waverley gives free, confidential,
independent, impartial advice and information on a wide range of issues.
The service is here to help you deal with problems
such as debt, welfare benefits, housing, employment and many other topics.
We also help with letter writing and form filling and we can even help
you prepare for matters like employment tribunals and benefit appeals.
In the unlikely event that we can't help you we
will try to refer you to someone who can.
We also provide a range of leaflets and self-help
materials, with Advisers and Information Assistants available to help
you.
What you should do
Visit, telephone or e-mail us and one of our Advisers
will assess your problem. We will try and help you solve your enquiry
with information. Sometimes it will be necessary to make an appointment
at one of our Bureau. We'll make sure it's at the bureau nearest to you
or we'll arrange a telephone appointment for you.
If you need to have an appointment, it will help
us to help you, if you take a few minutes to gather together and sort
out any relevant letters and documents for us.
If you can't visit one of our offices or contact
us on our Advice Line, there is a wealth of information on a wide range
of topics on our national website. You'll find the logo on this and all
the other pages on our site, click on the logo to take you directly to
Adviceguide.
Throughout the advice sections on our site there
are links to the relevant Adviceguide webpages dealing with specific issues.
