DISMISSAL


Most employees have a legal right to a notice period, if they are dismissed, even if there is no written contract. There are some valid reason for dismissal such as;

  • Conduct.
  • Capability.
  • Redundancy.
  • Other Substantial Reason.

Some forms of dismissal can be considered unfair.
