- Advise on actions you might take if you are dismissed or threatened with dismissal.
- Advise on your rights if you are made redundant or if you think this may happen.
- Help you negotiate with your employer if s/he wants to change your terms and condition of service.

- Calculate the wages you are owed when leaving work.
- Help you to identify and challenge any acts of discrimination in employment.
- Help in preparing your case for the Employment Tribunal or County Court.
- Advise on benefit entitlement, tax and National Insurance issues.
