  • Advise on your rights if you are made redundant or if you think this may happen.
  • Help you negotiate with your employer if s/he wants to change your terms and condition of service.

  • Calculate the wages you are owed when leaving work.
  • Help you to identify and challenge any acts of discrimination in employment.
  • Help in preparing your case for the Employment Tribunal or County Court.
  • Advise on benefit entitlement, tax and National Insurance issues.
