DONATIONS Citizens Advice Bureau goes on-line for Donations. CAB has launched a new way for people to support its vital work by giving online. The CAB service has teamed up with Charity Giving to offer members of the public the chance to donate to their local Citizens Advice Bureaux. An interactive map on the Charity Giving web site has all of the locations of the English and Welsh bureaux. Visitors to the site can simply click on their local bureaux to make donations safely and securely. Charity Giving will also ensure that donations made by tax payers have their tax element sent to the bureau. This is a safe and easy way for people to make donations to us and keep our vital work going. Citizens Advice Waverley is an independent local charity and depends upon the support of its funders and local businesses and donors. Donations will help us to give advice to even more people. If you don't have a charity that you give to already, why not support us and help to change lives through our service? There are 430 bureaux in England and Wales which dealt with over 5 million issues last year. Each bureau is an independent charity depending upon the support of a number of funders to ensure that their services continue to be provided. Most bureaux are staffed by volunteers and the advice given is independent and free. If you would like to make a donation to us, this can now be made on-line through the Charity Giving website who will accept all sums offered via its secure payment facility. Click here to visit the Charity Giving website. To direct your donation to Citizens Advice Waverley, click on the arrow on the yellow drop-down menu directly above the map on the Charity Giving website, scroll down and select the any of the four entries listed for 'Citizens Advice Waverley' and follow the instructions. All donations are gratefully received.
